Meadowview is a large family house sitting on the edge of a small rural village situated in picturesque Cambridgeshire overlooking fields. A warm welcome always awaits our guests, where you will find all the modern comforts that are expected today. The accommodation consists of three guest rooms, two double rooms and one twin room, all with ensuite or private facilities. All rooms have remote control colour TV and clock radios, tea and coffee making facilities. The heating in each room can be individually controlled. Local information on places to eat and places of interest plus maps and parking in Cambridge. Plus a number of other little touches to make a pleasant stay. Meadowview is a non-smoking establishment.

The Double Room ensuite

The double room on the first floor with ensuite facilities and a king size double bed.

Rates: £50.00 per room per night.

The Twin Room ensuite

The Twin room is also on the first floor with ensuite facilities and two full size single beds.

Rates Double: £50.00 per room per night

Single: £35.00 - £40.00 per room per night

The Double Room (private)

The other double room is on the ground floor with a private bath room with toilet, bath, shower and hand basin.

Meadowview is set in a large garden with outdoor swimming pool, it also has a fifty foot deep Victorian well, together with an adjoining meadow running along the brook.

Toft has two 18 hole golf courses, one on the edge of the village and one a 1.5 miles in the other direction, plus a number of public footpaths running though and radiating from the village. Toft Church is nearly 800 years old and in Church Lane a fine example medieval furrows for dividing land can be seen.

The university city of Cambridge with it's magnificent college buildings and museums, including Kings college chapel, the river Cam famous for it's bridges, punts and 'The Backs' is just six miles away.

Other places of interest in the area are Duxford Imperial War Museum, Newmarket the home of racing, Ely and it's cathedral, Huntingdon the birth place of Oliver Cromwell, Wimpole Hall the one time home of Rudyard Kipling, the superbly maintained American Cemetery at Madingley.

How To Find Us

Meadowview is on the B1046 6 miles west of Cambridge, 3 miles from M11.

From London and the South, take the M11 north (junction 27 on M25), leave at junction 12. Turn left on to A603 towards Sandy for half a mile, turn right on to B1046 through Barton, Comberton and the next village is Toft (approx 3 miles). Follow the road through Toft and Meadowview is the last house on the left.

From the North join the A14 south continue on to M11 leave at junction 12, turn right on to A603 and directions as above.
